Can you list on Amazon where I have an account, and can purchase hard copy? Since I don't have technological savvy, I don't do apps...unless there a way to covert into American dollars. Yes, I have a long, hard road to travel. :)
Oh, it’s not on amazon, I published it on Apple Books, which used to be called iBooks. It was on amazon previously but is now taken away from there, so the only way to get it is as e-book on apple books. I also believe it’s thusly limited to iPad, iPhone, Mac, etc. then you go by the Books app and search for it.

And at apple books USA it is set to US dollars if I’m not mistaken.
